My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable environment for a good rest. However, I did encounter an issue with the management regarding a theft incident involving my personal belongings like cigarettes. The service was friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk during our arrival. Despite the thin walls that required us to whisper, the staff was super friendly, and the check-out time was extended to 12, which was convenient. The hotel's location was close to various food options, but it felt a bit secluded and could use partitions for more privacy. The dining experience was good with a slightly pricey yet tasty egg sandwich option, although I was under the impression of a complimentary breakfast. The facilities were adequate for my needs.

However, the room had a minor issue with bedbug stains on the mattress initially, but I could quickly change to a double queen without any trouble. The extra $100 deposit for each room seemed a bit steep, but we needed the extra space for our two older boys to have their own room. The AC not being turned down for our arrival made the room uncomfortably warm at first, but the service team was quick to address it. Dining options were limited, and I wish there was a continental breakfast included in the rate, especially considering the price paid for the room.
